1. All goods carry twelve month guarantee, your receipt is your guarantee.
2. A restocking charge of 25% is payable on all cancelled orders.
3. Delivery is “to your Door”, goods brought upstairs at customers risk.
4. All queries and complaints will only be entertained on production of receipt.
5. Damages or shortages must be reported within 24 hours
